ISEC brings together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, practitioners, and policy makers to explore the rapidly evolving landscape of intelligent technologies and secure digital ecosystems.

As artificial intelligence, connected systems, edge computing, blockchain, and data-driven platforms continue to transform modern society, there is an increasing need to develop intelligent, resilient, trustworthy, and secure digital infrastructure capable of supporting future smart environments. ISEC provides a multidisciplinary platform for presenting innovative research, emerging technologies, practical applications, and forward-looking ideas across artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, blockchain-enabled trust, smart infrastructure, cyber-physical systems, digital twins, autonomous systems, and privacy-preserving technologies.

The conference particularly emphasizes the integration of intelligence and security in digital transformation — ensuring trust, transparency, reliability, privacy, and resilience across interconnected devices, distributed data, cloud-edge environments, and autonomous decision-making systems. We welcome high-quality original research papers, review articles, case studies, and application-oriented contributions.

We cordially invite you to submit full research papers for consideration at ISEC 2027. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for publication and inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library (subject to IEEE approval). Each submission undergoes a rigorous peer-review process with a minimum of two reviewers evaluating originality, technical depth, accuracy, relevance, and readability.
